It was like a big stop in all the people’s life for redesign it, it was hard to realize this. At the beginning I felt very sad because I couldn't see my boyfriend or my friends. I soon understood that I couldn't to continue with that energy because it was very bad for me. That's how I decided get out of bed earlier for make the most of my day, I begun to practice yoga all of mornings and I added meditation to begin the day connected to my body and what mobilizes me day to day. I recommend this practice of yoga for you, to get inner peace. Little by little my spirits found the stability while what all of days I continue taking my class of university. When all this finish the first thing I'll do is travel to see my boyfriend.
